PAYMENT METHODS

At Apicius Restaurant and Al natural we provide you with the most convenient and secure payment methods.

So that you can use the one that best suits your needs.

– Bank Transfer: When you finish the order, our bank account is shown to you, so you can easily make the transfer. Once we receive the amount, we manage your order.

– Debit or credit cards: Instant payment. Payment gateway for secure VISA or MasterCard debit or credit cards.

– Bizum: Technologies advance and we do it with them. Once your order is finished, choose this payment method. We will send you an email with all the information and steps to follow.

– Paypal: It allows you to make payments, safely and comfortably, by not having to remember or share any bank details.

SHIPPING

We ship to the entire Peninsula.

Orders under €80

Shipping with VIAXPRESS with the possibility of shipment tracking. Delivery depending on the postcode 24 to 48 hours. In Valencia it can be programmed if you want delivery in the morning or afternoon on the same day it leaves the restaurant. Delivery without refrigeration. We will provide the carrier with your mobile number so that they can contact you if they cannot find you at the time of delivery. Shipping cost €4.50.

Orders over €80

All indicated deadlines are counted in business days.

Delivery times will start counting from the next business day after placing the order.

In campaigns and special cases of excess work, delivery may be delayed by 24/48 hours.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges and returns:

As these are food items, once they leave our facilities we cannot accept exchanges or returns. The only reason for accepting them will be in the case of defects caused by our packaging or vacuum packaging.

Food items are delivered with expiration dates of at least 25 days (except for croquettes) and it is essential to store them in the refrigerator.

If your order has arrived broken or defective:

You have a period of 24 hours from the time you receive your order to notify us of a problem. We will study your case and propose a solution. The options will be the following:

* Exchange the product for another identical product.

* If we do not have stock, you can choose another product of the same price.

* We will refund the full amount.

You must write to us at info@restaurante-apicius.com and tell us the following:

* Explanation of what problem you have had.

* Photo of the product where the defect can be seen. (It must be a manufacturing or packaging defect. Returns of products with defects due to misuse will not be accepted).

* Your details (Name and surname) and order number. If there is more than one product, please specify.

Common information for exchanges and returns:

– They will always be made to the same address where the shipment was made.

– The transport cost of the first exchange or return will be our responsibility. Only in Spain.

– From the 2nd exchange or return onwards, the transport costs will be borne by the customer and will cost €4.50.

– Exchanges or returns are not accepted on used products.

– In the event of requesting an exchange or return outside the deadline, the customer will be responsible for the transport costs. €4.50 with a maximum period of 30 days.
